This is highest category of award instituted by Trust.Dr C.M. Singh Oration was instituted by Trust in honour of late Dr C.M. Singh in 2005. After demise of Dr Singh it was converted in to Memorial lecture. Dr C.M. Singh Memorial lecture is organized either on 30th November (birth day of Dr Singh) or any other suitable scientific occasion. It is given to nationally/ internationally known, renowned biomedical scientist preferably belonging to veterinary science, agriculture and allied sciences. For this award present / former Director Generals, Vice Chancellors, Directors of ICAR/ Veterinary Universities/Universities/Veterinary Intuitions etc. are preferred. Memorial should be annually organized depending upon resources available with Trust. It carries a citation, printed lecture, local hospitality and to and fro economy class air/taxi /train fair to speaker. So far following memorial lectures were organized:

On the occasion of Birth Centenary Year of Dr C.M. Singh in 2022; Trust introduced two new awards for Best MVSc and PhD students at BASU, Patna and DUVASU, Mathura, respectively. Dr Singh was associated with these Colleges as alumni and teacher. Both Veterinary Universities formulated Award rules and regulations and selected awardee’s. Both Awardees were given gold coated medal and certificate on Birth Centenary Year Programme organized by Trust on 30-11-2022 at Bareilly.
